New We've updated the Multi-Trigger Breadboard kit and also reduced the price. This is the quickest and most economical way to tool up for high-speed photography.
Delay Timer 2 (assembly required)
The Delay Timer 2 is the hub of the modular system of HiViz.com triggers. The unit accepts input signals from other modules of the system, generates preselected time intervals, and provides instant and delayed outputs for flash and camera. Delay intervals up to 0.5 s can be generated
There are also low-voltage pulse outputs. The timeout feature is used to suppress multiple exposures. A test button is used to check operation, and instant and delayed LEDs indicate the start and stop of timing.
The Delay Timer comes in two models, the 2s and the 2x. The chart below compares features.
The DU2 kits include all the parts for the control box. Assembly is required. Experience in wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electrical circuits is assumed. See the links to the right for more information.

Flash Trigger Cable Kit (RCA type)
This kit is for preparing a cable to connect the flash output of a trigger to a PC jack. The kit includes a PC-type connector for the flash, an RCA plug, 3-ft of 2-conductor cable, and heat-shrink tubing. Assembly is required. If your flash unit doesn't have a PC jack but does have a hot shoe, the hot shoe adapter shown to the right can be used together with a flash trigger cable for flash triggering.
If your flash unit is one of the Vivitar models 283, 285HV, or 3700, you'll need a Vivitar PC-1 cord to connect to your flash unit. Click here for one possible source. If you're triggering your flash wirelessly or your flash unit has a 3.5mm synch jack, see this page for 3.5mm cables.
